Shipping Destinations

Lumicat Market currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated delivery

After processing, estimated delivery is 10–30 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by product, destination, carrier conditions, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Products in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins, and customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays and delivery issues
